Cincinnati Bengals: Team Report

The Bengals flashed the Marvin Lewis look in their preseason home opener, but rookie Carson Palmer stole the show with a perfect night. Despite a partially torn plantar fascia tendon in his right foot, Palmer had a perfect passer rating of 158.3. He was 7 of 7 for 97 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions against the Lions in the 23-10 Cincinnati victory.<br><br>
