Dillon good to go

Corey Dillon didn't have to say a word after Friday's practice. His jog off the field said all anyone needed to hear: Dillon and his strained groin will be ready to go come kickoff time Sunday in Cleveland against the Browns. <br><br> That's good news for the Bengals who are desperately in need of an improved ground attack if they are to get their first win of the season this week.

Dillon has totaled just 144 yards this season thanks to injuries as well as the offense's inability to establish a consistent run game. If Dillon is to get healthy statistically, this appears to be the week to do so.
