The Bengals announced on Tuesday that they have released LB Ladarius Jackson
and have acquired LB Frank Chamberlin.
Ladairis Jackson, a second-year player out of Oregon State, was signed by
the team on October 23rd, and they began to try him out at linebacker. He was
inactive for all five games while he was with the Bengals.
Chamberlin has four years of experience with the Titans, who released him
early in September. A fifth-round draft choice out of Boston College, Chamberlin
started three games for the Titans last year, and played in 43 during his career
with the Tennessee club. The Bengals signed him to a two-year contract
yesterday. Terms of the contract were not immediately available.
