Palmer hurting, Washington resolves issues Premium Story

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – Kelley Washington made it to the practice field Tuesday morning, but quarterback Carson Palmer never got a chance to throw to him. A case of Plantar Fascitis kept the Bengals No. 1 draft pick from working out in either of the team’s two practices.
