Rutgers junior left tackle Anthony Davis became the third Scarlet Knight in three years to declare early for the NFL draft. ScarletReport.com first reported Davis' decision following the St. Petersburg Bowl, and Tuesday the 6-foot-6, 315-pound Davis made the announcement at a noon press conference. Senior tight end Anthony McCoy and sophomore offensive tackle Tyron Smith will not play in the Emerald Bowl against Boston College on Saturday.
