OLB Aaron Curry: OLB Making the Rounds

Aaron Curry Profile

It's not a secret that Wake Forest University's Aaron Curry is the top rated player on most NFL team's draft boards and the outside linebacker is starting to make his pre-draft visits.

Curry has already visited the Detroit Lions and a league source told Scout.com that Curry has visits also scheduled with the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Kansas City Chiefs. According to NFLDraftScout.com, Curry is also expected to have a private workout with the Browns and Seattle Seahawks.

Curry, according to many league sources, is the safest player in the draft because few flaws show up on game tape and he might be the one player that is most ready to play as a rookie.

Curry is an athletic, physical linebacker who makes plays all over the field. He’s aggressive at the line of scrimmage and is a force against the run. He uses his hands effectively, sheds blocks and creates havoc in the backfield. He has a good burst and is excellent in pursuit. He displays good lateral movement; a little stiff in the hips, but gets good depth on his drops. - Chris Steuber, Scout.com
